How does plunging work?

Consistent cold plunging is key to building and maintaining long term effects.

1. Book a session

   Click "Book a Session” at the top of the page & choose the best time for you to come in (each session is up to 10 minutes).

2. Bring suit and towel

   Everyone must be wearing swimwear in order to enter the plunge. There is a place to change here at the club.

3. Rinse off

   Here at Deep Within we are committed to providing the cleanest wellness experience possible. Everyone is required to rinse off in our amazing outdoor tree shower before entering the plunge.

4. Plunge!

   You are allowed to get in & out of the tub as much as you want. We offer some guidance & breathing techniques if you need it. Even though each session is up to 10 minutes, for our beginners we recommend working up to about 5-7 minutes before pushing the limits. If you only make it to 1 minute - that’s ok! The more you plunge the easier it gets.

6. Towels

   We highly encourage bringing your own towel but if you need to rent one we have some available for $2 (included in memberships). We also have eco-friendly bags for wet clothes & towel for your convenience.

Appointments will be held for up to 10 minutes past the scheduled time. If you arrive later than 10 minutes, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid disrupting other clients’ schedules.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide us with at least a 2 hour notice before your scheduled time. We will be happy to arrange a new time for you. Or you may reschedule directly from your appointment link.

Please note that we do not issue refunds for missed or cancelled appointments. However, rescheduling is available with advance notice.
